This year’s 2009-2010 Student Council members are very excited to have this new school year underway. Camp White Pines, our 2008 Grade 9 orientation trip, was a huge success and we cannot wait to bring and share with the student body our exciting events for this year. With the guidance of our teacher moderators, Ms. Salvador and Ms. Caprara, we can assure you that this year will be a memorable one for all! School dances, ultimate Frisbee tournaments, international picnic, semi formal, spirit wear, sports banquet and more are all coming your way! School events hosted by the Student Council can always be found on a calendar outside the Student Council office next to the gym. We invite all students to take a look and participate in all the activities that Student Council offers. We especially welcome students to apply for Social Committee, LAAA (Loretto Abbey Athletic Association), and prefect positions to help at our numerous events. Keep an ear open for announcements because every month there is something new and exciting happening!
